Royal Navy L.S. & G.C., G.V.R. (K.63445 J. Wood, Sto.1, H.M.S. Cormorant) very fine

Jim Wood was born on 20 February 1900 at Knaresborough and joined the Royal Navy on 12 January 1919. He served on Cormorant from 11 January 1934 until he died in service on 30 April 1936, as a result of a Coronorary Thrombosis.
