(2) and 50c. on piece (Diego Suarez on piece with Fournier forged handstamps), 1904 (Mar.) handstamped 'affranchissement/exceptionnel/(faute de timbres.)' Madagascar et Dependencies 10c. rose-red on piece and on locally addressed cover (Cert.), 10c. black on lilac on cover (2, one with Cert, Diego-Suarez 30c. on piece (2 with one Fournier forgery) and on cover. 1906 (Feb.) handstamped '0.05/affranchi ainsi/faute de figurines/**' 5c. on 10c. on piece and cover to Vohemar (Cert.) All Certs. Philatelic Federation of Southern Africa (2003). A scarce group with mixed condition, some toning in places and one or two covers with small imperfections.
