1917 (2 March) complete large format Deed of Transfer, bearing 1914 "bechuanaland/protectorate" 10/- purple and green block of six (2x3), cancelled with "deeds registry office/bechuanaland protectorate" oval h.s. dated "23 Mar. 1917", the additional page showing a hand painted map of the farm referred to owned by "The Tati Company Ltd." with a £1 South Africa revenue issue applied in Cape Town. Insignificant filing fold runs through two stamps.
