A collection of pages from five different documents, all bearing 1914 "bechuanaland/protectorate." overprints on South Africa issues, including solo frankings of 2/6d. green and orange (2), and 5/- grey and brown, a Notarial General Bond bearing 5/- grey and brown (5) and 1922 wide spacing 1/- purple and violet, 1929 Mortgage page bearing 10/- purple and green and £1 blue and grey, the last page with horizontal pair of £1 green and red meaning this lot contains all values on original document from 2/6d. to £1. A remarkable and difficult assembly, variously cancelled, almost all of which are in superb condition.
