The 'Kyrios' Collection | A Selection of Mysian Silver (4): i) Lampsakos, AR Trihemiobol, c. 480-450 BC, female janiform head, rev. helmeted head of Athena left, within incuse square, helmet decorated with wheel, 0.81g (SNG BN 1128; SNG Copenhagen 186), slight porosity, good fine; Parion, AR Hemidrachmae, c.350-300 BC (3): all with cow standing left, head looking back, P-A above R-I below; ii) cow standing upon ivy-leaf(?), rev. head of Gorgoneion facing, 2.42g (BMC 15), struck slightly off flan, toned about very fine; iii) as before, but centred and easier to identify, 2.32g (SNG von Aulock 7426), bright, slightly softened to reverse, good fine; iv) as before, but with cow standing upon caduceus/kerykeion left, 2.43g (SNG von Aulock 1321), detailed and rare, very fine to good very fine; (4).
