Wyon, crowned 'Gothic' bust left, WW on truncation, rev. crowned cruciform shields, emblems in angles, edge lettered downwards, 28.27g, 6h (ESC 288; Bull 2571; Spink 3883), some softness to the obverse edge and wisps of cabinet friction to the fields, otherwise with pleasing gun-metal grey surfaces and toning in hues of dark blue and ochre, brilliant beneath, nearing as struck
