HIS • PRÆSVM • VT • PROSIM • crowned square-topped shield dividing crowned C-R, 9.90g, 6h, m.m. thistle and B [on obv. only] (St. p.155; Spink 5531), tiny split to edge and inconsequential metal flaw to left of shield, otherwise handsomely lustrous and lightly toned with further trace of underlying brilliance, a most pleasingly good very fine, immensely sought after in the present market
