Valentinian in military attire trampling captive, holding labarum and Victory on globe, R and V in fields, *ANTA* in exergue, 4.45g (RIC IX, no. 272; Sear 19264), a scratch in reverse field, otherwise bright and lustrous with a die flaws, a pleasingly bold very fine, with old collector's note in Victorian cursive hand: "to Tom from Hugh"
