c1853 Printed proof with corrections of a series of letters between Lieut-General Sir William Napier and Lieut-Colonel Niel Campbell that were published in the Naval and Military Gazette. These refer to a controversy over bad conditions offered by boats to both British soldiers and sepoys when they boarded ships. Repaired tear to the lower part (110x400mm)
