George I (1714-1727), 'Hanoverian Arms at Date' Half-Guinea, 1722, first laureate head right, revP>. crowned shields cruciform, Hanoverian arms rotated towards date in error, edge obliquely milled, 4.19g, 6h (MCE -; EGC -; Spink - [3635]), superficial hairlines and scuffs before eye, otherwise lustrous and pleasing uniform for strike, good very fine, the reverse better, the error UNPUBLISHED and previously only documented for the the 1716 Guinea, an historic find within the English Milled Gold series
