Elsie May Bichard (nee Bougourd) was born on Guernsey on 1 March 1884 and during the Second World War lived at Petit Bosq, Collings Road, St Peter Port.

Colin James Bichard was born on Guernsey on 4 May 1920, the son of Elsie May Bichard and lived at home during the Second World War.
