Great Britain: Debenham, Storr & Sons Ltd., a trio of certificates, £1 preference shares, [1898], #1, green, 'cancelled' across face, this piece a little tatty, together with another of the same, #4, in better condition, and £1 ordinary shares, [1898], #1, brown. Auctioneers and Estate Agents in Covent Garden, London who built a large new building in 1860. Merged with Coe & Sons of Old Brompton Road to form Debenham Coe around 1970 and their South Kensington Galleries were acquired by Christies to form the very successful Christies South Kensington Saleroom. The first only F, other 2 VF (3).
