(x) NGC MS62 | George III (1760-1820), Emergency Issues (1797-1799), Oval-Countermark Dollar (8-Reales), 1794-FM, Mexico City, laureate and draped bust of Charles IIII right, oval countermark of George III in centre, rev. crowned square-topped shield dividing pillars, security edge, 12h (Bull 1852; ESC 129; Spink 3765A), bright and lustrous, a magnificent survivor of this emergency coinage, extremely fine, very rare in this state of preservation, in NGC holder, graded MS62 (Cert. #2800184-008)
