(x) NGC XF40 | George I (1714-1727), 'Roses and Plumes' Crown, 1718 over 6 QUINTO, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, roses and plumes in angles, eleven strings to harp, lettered edge downwards, 29.88g, 6h (Pywell-Phillips 257; Bull 1542; ESC 111A; Spink 3639), scuffed by REX and on cheek, the surfaces rubbed and toned down, otherwise very fine, in NGC holder, graded XF40 (Cert. #4250934-013)
