Charles II (1660-1685), 'Plume' Shilling, 1679, second laureate and draped bust right, plume below, rev. no stop after HIB, crowned shields cruciform, plume in centre, five strings to harp, edge obliquely milled, 5.99g, 6h (Pywell-Phillips -; L'Abbaye 249; Bull 548 [R3] five strings not recorded; ESC 1056; Spink 3376) light rub to hair, otherwise handsomely toned with a trace of dark patination before portrait, a really good fine / almost very fine, extremely rare, and probably rare than Bull's R3 designation
