Charles II (1660-1685), Crown, 1683 TRICESIMO QVINTO, fourth laureate and draped bust right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, seven strings to harp, lettered edge downwards, 30.02g, 6h (Pywell-Phillips 28; Bull 419 [R2]; ESC 66; Spink 3359), heavy flawing by date and cut mark to left, the surfaces lightly cleaned and partially retoned, the date almost obliterated but fortunately the 3 is faintly visible (and the clear regnal year on edge), struck details a bolder fine, a rare date
