Roy Hawkridge served as a Petty Officer Air Fitter (Airframes) during the Korean War before moving on to H.M.S. Simbang a Fleet Air Arm airfield. He was still stationed here when he received his L.S. & G.C. on 11 November 1966; sold together with copied blog post entries and a medal roll.
