Waterloo 1815 (John Ball, Gunner. Royal Foot Artillery.), with replacement clip and silver bar suspension, with riband buckle, very fine

John Ball, was born at Bath in 1790 and enlisted in the Royal Artillery (No. 4256) on 5 January 1809. He served for 17 years, 121 days, which including being present at the Battle of Waterloo, and was discharged having been found 'unfit' on 30 April 1824; sold together with copied Discharge Certificate.
