Edward Thomas Rossington was born at Blankney, Lincolnshire in August 1891, the son of Henry and Hannah Rossington of Blankney, Lincoln. He worked as a Gardener prior to enlisting on 15 November 1915 with the 2nd Battalion. Entering the war in France on 27 August 1916, Rossington was killed in action on 13 June 1917 and is buried at Philosophe British Cemetery, Mazingarbe. Sold together with copied census data, service records and Commonwealth War Graves details as well as handwritten research.
