(i.m.) IhC AVTEM TRAnSIEnS PER MEDIV' ILLORV' IBAT, floriate cross, h at centre, trefoils and crowned leopards in angles, quatrefoil by leopard in first quarter, double saltire stops, 6.99g, 5h, i.m. pierced cross (Schneider I, 235 [N6, I3]; Isladulcie 66; North 1371; Spink 1742), on a small, irregular flan otherwise bright with residual lustre in recesses, pleasingly uniform, good very fine, with NGC 'St Albans' Certification, graded MS61 (#6295553-003)
