MAG .' BR .' |-| FRA .' ET HIB .' REX, crowned 3b bust 2b left, the "elongated" portrait with narrow band to crown, wearing ruff, XX behind, rev. FLORENT CONCORDIA REGNA (m.m. to left), no stops, first-crowned square-topped shield 3a in heavy-garnished mantle, small bird-headed harp A with six strings, 8.94g [138.0grns], 12h, m.m. rounded-fluked anchor [57] upright / straight-fluked anchor upright over castle [71] (PAS: YORYM-18E848 = BM 2019 T668/53 this coin; Brooker 51/49 same obverse die; Schneider II, - [cf. 125]; North 2149; Spink 2688), some peripheral striking weakness, otherwise residually lustrous on a neat round flan, about very fine, an interesting and unusual bust-shield pairing not represented in the Schneider collection, rare thus, with NGC 'Ellerby' Certification (#6380983-053)
