Undated envelope to Drem bearing 1858-79 1d. red, Plate 158, cancelled by pen and ink cross in back and tied by "macmerry" mail bag seal intaglia, with the same device stuck on the reverse, envelope with faults, though a scarce usage opening well for display, believed to be the unique example of the Macmerry mail bag seal used as a cancellation.
