1815 (1 Nov.) entire letter from Port Morant to London (recipient's notation across top of face panel), showing handstruck "2" with Two Py Poft/Unpaid/Lombard St." h.s. on reverse; 1818 (Apr.) entire letter from Three Mile River to Stirling, marked "Pr Jamaic, capt Alexander", rated "2/8" and showing step-type "greenock/ship letter"; 1820 (25 Jan.) entire letter written on board the ship "Barclay" in Morant Bay, addressed to Derbyshire, rated "1/9" and showing, on reverse, step-type "falmouth/ship letter" in red; 1826 (24 May) entire letter to Edinburgh, rated "5/-" (deleted) and "7/4" and showing, on reverse, step-typ "hastings/ship letter"; and 1834 (3 Feb.) entire letter to Glasgow, marked "Paid 7½d" in red (deleted), rated "2/3" and showing boxed "½"
