South America: blue wrapper to Peru bearing 6d. purple single and strip of three (cut square, margins generally good) cancelled by London "39" numerals, the reverse with indistinct London c.d.s. and straight-line "Clapham Rise" in blue. There is a long scissor cut into the single stamp. A good franking. R.P.S. Certificate (1987) stating "is genuine as far as one can say". Photo
