KE double E, good to large margins, just touching the side of E square, well tied by red Maltese Cross on 1840 (27 July) wrapper to Marlborough House, London, with Bagshot despatch c.d.s., underpaid and bearing "more/to/pay" in double circle, straight-line "More to Pay" and manuscript "2" in black ink; some light ageing.
