XII, R16 this coin; Schneider dies O9/R16 = EGC 149 [R2]; Wayte Raymond [1962], 78 = Schneider II, 408-412 same obverse die; North 2754; Spink 3304), cabinet friction in otherwise lustrous fields, partial striking softness to nape of neck and in corresponding area of reverse, a trace of tone below truncation, otherwise about extremely fine, rare in this quite brilliant condition
