(x) Sikh Empire, Ranjit Singh (VS 1856-96; 1799-1839), Nanakshahi Rupees, Amritsar, VS 1878 (1821), (3 different dies) the first and third with flower below bind, face-like symbol to right of leaf on reverse, the second with quadrilobe form below bind, and cluster of beads to right of leaf (Herrli 01.07.04; Gurprit Singh 01.39.01, KM 20.1), the first with minor edge fault, extremely fine, the second toned, very fine, the third with hoard stain and test punch either side, very fine (3) (Tikkanen 517, 519, 520)
