Ottoman Empire: Ottoman Financial Association Ltd., one share of £50, 1864, #02420, ornate border, black. This company was formed by the Mercantile Credit Association and was a combination of Greek merchant houses. Like so many others it collapsed in the wake of the Overend Gurney crash in 1866. VF.
