Great Britain: Bleriot Manufacturing Aircraft Co. Ltd., £1 ordinary shares, 191[5], #842, signed by the 9th Duke of Manchester as director, black. Louis Bleriot set up this London subsidiary in 1915 so that he could offer aircraft to the British Government. His designs however were becoming outdated and there were no orders from the Government. Following an fight for control of the company between Bleriot and Harry Lawson the company was would up in 1916. VF and rare. First time seen by us.
