Formed for the financing of specialist aviation companies and had amongst its directors Lieutenant Colonel Moore Brabazon, president of the Royal Aeronautical Society, and this piece is issued to him. They were invlved with the acquisition by British Marine Aircraft Ltd. of the license to build the Sikorsky S.42 Flying Boat. John Theodore Cuthbert Moore-Brabazon, 1st Baron Brabazon of Tara, 1884-1964, aviation pioneer, the first Englishman to piolot a heavier-than-aur flying machine in England, minister of Transport and Minsiter of Aircraft production during WWII. He was the first person to qualify as a pilot and received the Royal Aero Club aviator's certificate #1. VF and rare. First time seen by us.
