Great Britain: Tontine Annuity 1789, a vellum certificate, 1st class, for £100 and 5 shillings, 1790, in the name of the daughter of Martin Pearkes, paying an annual annuity of £4 3/- with the benefit of survivorship, black printing, on vellum, with receipts to 1831, some on attached vellum sheets sewn at the base. Creased and dirty, fine and very rare. [R11]
