British War Medal 1914-20 (Burg. J. J. Kurger 1ste Z.A.R.), suspension re-affixed, polished, nearly very fine

Johannes Jacobus Kurger had previously served five months in a Burgher Commando before the Great War. He was severely wounded in action on 25 August 1916 near Uleix; sold together with copied Service Records.
