India General Service 1854-95, 2 clasps, Burma 1887-89, Burma 1885-7 (4920 Pte F. Biddiscombe 1st Bn. Rif. Brig.), clasps mounted in this order, suspension slack, minor contact marking, very fine

Frank Biddiscombe is confirmed on the roll of 1st Battalion, Rifle Brigade for the 1885-7 clasp with the note that he was serving in the Madras Presidency at the time. He appears on the roll for the 1887-89 clasp with the rank of Acting Corporal and the note that he was invalided back to England and transferred to the Army Reserve.
