Naval General Service 1793-1840, 1 clasp, Guadaloupe (James Clarke.), a little polished, contact marks, very fine

James Clarke was born in 1790 and joined Pearlen at Bristol on 18 June 1810 as an Ordinary Seaman. He was one of 23 men (4 Officers and 19 ratings) who survived to claim the Medal & clasp. This Medal was delivered on 31 May 1849.
