Queen's South Africa 1899-1902, 4 clasps, Cape Colony, Orange Free State, Johannesburg, South Africa 1902 (646 Corpl: K. McLean. Johannesburg M.R.), minor correction to number and rank, very fine

Kenneth McLean was born at Inverness, Scotland in 1860 and was a carpenter upon his joining Prince Alfred's Volunteer Guard Mounted Infantry as Private, Regimental No. 785. He thence served with the Johannesburg Mounted Rifles, enlisting on 16 January 1901 at Port Elizabeth.
