Queen's South Africa 1899-1902, 3 clasps, Cape Colony, Orange Free State, Transvaal (35924 Serjt: H. Perryman. 108th Coy. Imp: Yeo:), good very fine

Herbert Perryman was born at Hackney in 1857 and enlisted in the Army Service Corps in 1877, seeing active service in South Africa during 1879 (Medal & clasp) and in Egypt & Sudan (Medal & Khedive's Star), before being discharged in June 1889. He served with the 108th (Royal Glasgow) Company, Imperial Yeomanry during the Boer War.
