Queen's South Africa 1899-1902, 2 clasps, Tugela Heights, Relief of Ladysmith (794 Pte. J. A. Bartlett. Impl: Lt. Infy.), good very fine

James Arthur Bartlett enlisted at Durban on 20 November 1899. The Times (2 February 1900) records him as being wounded on Spion Kop on 24 January 1900. The Natal Field Force casualty roll incorrectly records him "missing-released 6-6-00".
