British War Medal 1914-20 (Rev. S. Roberts), edge bruise, very fine

Stanislaws Roberts was commissioned as an Army Chaplain on 27 March 1917, entering the war in France on 28 March of that year. At the end of the war he gave his address as R/C Church 28 Lauriston St. Edinburgh, later appearing in the Catholic Directory 1924; sold together with handwritten research.
