1876 (5 June) ALS over four sides on "Kensington Palace" headed letter paper to Lady Molesworth reading "Thank you very very much for the lovely birds nest you sent me at Easter. The chocolates were so good I enjoyed them extremely. We put them up in our corridor at the White Lodge and they were carefully put away when we came to London. Baby is very amusing and talks a little. Grandmamma is better. We all send our Love to you, Your affectionate little friend, May". Some residue from album mounting on vertical fold, not showing through at front. A fine letter written aged just nine.
