Presentation brooch in the original velvet fitted case with the imprint of Gardner & Gardner / Burlington Arcade / London in the lid. The brooch (25x33mm) has her cypher "AA" in diamonds, surmounted by a crown in gold, surrounded by a green and white enamel border, further decorated by 5 red stones. A magnificent item.
