1886 LS on "Marlborough House, Pall Mall S.W." headed letter paper, writing to the Mayor of Gloucester to discuss the need to raise funds for the establishment of an Imperial Institution of the Colonies and India in commemoration of Her Majesty's Jubilee with reference to the Queen Empress's golden jubilee the following year. Signed "Albert Edward" by the Prince of Wales.
