'Renommee': 1861 (26 May) envelope addressed to a member of the 'Renommee' "Voie de Suez - Expedition du Chine" bearing imperf. Napoleon 40c. (cut into) tied by "3382" lozenge with Toulon-S-Mer despatch c.d.s. alongside, underpaid and with a good strike of boxed "affranchissement/insuffisiant" in red with manuscript "6" (decimes) tax; the reverse with Marseille transit (27.5) c.d.s.; a little soiled and a tear on the reverse.
