1859 (8 Sept.) double rate entire less one side panel to Kingston, bearing 4d. rose-carmine (corner fault) and 6d. lilac (2) each clearly cancelled "A45" and with "grange-hill/jamaica" P2a datestamp at left, arrival datestamp (10.9) on reverse. The only double rate cover in this period from Grange Hill recorded by Foster. Photo
