1873 envelope (the two original enclosed letters were dated Tati, 29th - 31st August and 2nd September) from Frank Oates written whilst travelling from Tati to Durban and addressed to C.G. Oates in England, bearing Transvaal 1872 thickish wove paper, fine roulette 6d. (slight faults) cancelled with four-ring target, in combination with Cape of Good Hope 1864-65 4d. and 1/- (blunt corner) tied by "1" obliterator with Cape Town c.d.s. (18.12) alongside, showing Pretoria datestamp (6.12.73) with Leeds arrival c.d.s. (12.2) on reverse; the envelope with two pin holes and small rust mark on the address panel. Photo
