1896 (25 Aug.) envelope to Italy, bearing 1888 ½d. and 1891 6d., both tied by "676" barred numeral and showing "palachwe/khamas town" c.d.s. alongside with, on reverse, Mafeking (31.8) and arrival datestamps; the envelope a little ragged at left through opening.
