1939 (Apr.) envelope registered and addressed to Gwelo, bearing 1d. (6) cancelled and tied by four Shangani datestamps (11.4), pink registration label at foot with manuscript "greystone", Shangani and unknown Registered datestamps on reverse; the reverse torn across through opening. It is believed that the cover was posted at Greystone where the datestamp was either damaged or not in use and was carried to Shangani where it was put into the postal system
