1863 (Dec.) and 1864 (July) envelopes ex the same correspondence from Gosport to Durban, the first by the third sailing of the Saxon and then the Norman to Durban, bearing 6d. and charged as an underpaid packet letter, showing "1/-" handstamp amended to "1/6" and with "2d" accountancy handstamp in red, the second by the fifth outward passage of the Briton under the second contract, a double letter prepaid at the 6d. rate with 6d. lilac, charged "2/6" and with "4" credited to Natal. An interesting and unusual pair
