VF35 | William III (1694-1702), Crown, 1697 NONO, third laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, straight breast plate, rev. no stops after FRA or HIB, stop inside G of MAG, crowned shields cruciform, second harp with eight strings, angles plain, edge lettered, 29.34g, 6h (Bull 1009; ESC 96; Willis -; Pywell-Phillips 170; Spink 3473), rich dark cabinet tone, good fine to almost very fine, an extremely rare date, especially in higher grades, in NGC 'Francis' holder, graded VF35 (Cert. #5878642-010)
