Joseph Delow was born on 16 November 1904. He served as a Private with the Cape Corps and No. '11' Pioneer Company, Indian and Malay Corps from 30 December 1940. Delow took part in the campaigns in East Africa and North Africa. Discharged om 4 February 1946; sold together with copied research inclduing discharge and service records.
