1894 (24 Aug,.) manuscript notice in black and red ink, headed "Chinkiang Postal Service", indicating the ports where mail is to be forwarded, without charge, by the Shanghai Local Post. Extra charges for Peking for the Courier Service between Tientsin and Peking and others which would used the Customs Courier Service in the winter months to have the additional postage paid in Customs stamps. Bears the oval handstamp of the Municipal Council, Chinkiang. A fine and unusual handwritten postal notice
